Mitch has spent the last 20 years working in his own businesses, one of which was an Inc. 500 private company, and working in senior level positions with large pubic corporations. In each of his business experiences, he has lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other business transfer operations where he gained valuable experience in a very wide range of business transactions.
